Refund policy
Refund treatment for unused prepaid gonka.broker API credit and verified billing errors.
Unused prepaid credit
You may request a refund of eligible unused prepaid credit within 14 days of purchase, subject to payment-network constraints, fraud checks, applicable law, and clearly disclosed non-refundable fees.
Consumed usage
Credit consumed by completed API usage is not refundable except for a verified duplicate charge, billing error, or where required by law.
Service discontinuation
If the service is discontinued, we will provide a reasonable path to request eligible unused credit and communicate any deadline to active accounts.
Request process
Top-ups are not currently available. When payments launch, refund contact instructions will be provided in the customer portal. Never send a wallet private key or seed phrase.
